A placeholder outline while byndr is in early access. We keep data collection minimal, keep your data yours, and keep credentials server-side.
01 Who we are
byndr is an independent, open-source platform for EPLAN teams — reviewed data enrichment and event automations in one place. This placeholder policy sketches what data we would handle when you use the website and hosted service.
02 What we collect
Website: the site is static and uses no advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
Contact: if you email us for early access, we keep your message and address to reply and follow up about the product.
Hosted service: when your tenant is active, we process the event and article metadata your local clients send in order to run the gym and deliver automations.
03 Your data stays yours
Real article data lives in your own per-tenant database — never in our repository. The gym is overlay-only and never mutates ingested data; the cloud never writes to EPLAN directly.
04 Credentials
Per-tenant API keys and any destination secrets are held server-side, hashed or encrypted. They are never stored on your EPLAN workstation.
05 Sub-processors
The hosted service runs on Cloudflare. Delivery destinations (for example Microsoft Teams or email) receive only the payloads you route to them.
06 Your rights & changes
You can ask us to access, correct or delete personal data we hold about you by emailing hello@covaga.xyz. This is an early draft and may change as the product develops; material changes will move the 'last updated' date above.
